The Tripawds Foundation primary goal is to maintain the infrastructure required to host and manage the ever growing public-benefit Tripawds Community—the leading online resource center for guardians of amputee pets to find guidance, veterinary information, and support, at no cost. Also, a huge thank you to my fan Barbara for suggesting this tagline. Her inspiration for this design was Piggy, of A Piggy’s Tale who is the mascot of Darwin Animal Doctors, which provides veterinary care to developing nations and wildlife education and poaching prevention in such areas as Madagascar. Sadly, Piggy passed away from cancer, but his legacy lives on with the work that his humans continue to do for him.
